Plan, execute, and optimize integrated B2B marketing campaigns across email, digital, social, and events. Manage campaign calendars, write copy, run and optimize Google and LinkedIn ads, coordinate partner-funded initiatives, analyze performance with analytics tools, support event logistics, and report results to stakeholders.

Provides advanced IT support, technology consulting, and strategic guidance to managed-services clients. Responsibilities include resolving complex infrastructure, networking, cloud, virtualization, security, and systems issues; managing tickets and documentation; meeting SLAs; advising clients on technology strategy; mentoring engineers; and maintaining trusted client relationships. The role requires regular travel to local client sites in Boulder, Colorado, with a hybrid work environment.

Lead design and implementation of security controls for AI and cloud platforms, configure DLP and alerting, detect and remediate misconfigurations, perform AI security assessments, document findings, and advise clients and presales on AI security best practices.

Provide day-to-day technical support for managed-services clients: troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows, networking, VPNs, firewalls, endpoints and peripherals; manage tickets and documentation; meet SLA response targets; travel to local client sites as needed; escalate complex issues and collaborate across teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Lead multiple IT project teams to deliver medium and large projects. Manage resources, schedules, documentation, stakeholder communication, and promote standard processes and IT controls to ensure client satisfaction.

Provide Tier 2 escalation support for Tier 1 technicians by administering Azure and Microsoft 365 environments. Manage Azure infrastructure and M365 services, troubleshoot identity/MFA/Conditional Access, handle RBAC and security configurations, assist with PowerShell automation, document solutions, and collaborate with Tier 3 engineers.

Drive AI-related revenue by developing go-to-market strategy, qualifying and closing SMB/mid-market deals, partnering with technical teams and vendors, creating AI-focused marketing content, training sales teams, maintaining CRM pipeline, and representing the company at events. Travel up to 50%.

Manage day-to-day accounts payable and receivable: process invoices and expense reimbursements, generate client invoices and collections, reconcile vendor statements, maintain transaction records, prepare aging and AP/AR reports, support month-/year-end closes and audits, and assist cash flow forecasting.
