Lead Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations from discovery and requirements through architecture, configuration, development, QA, deployment, and launch. Own solution design, advise clients, support presales and demos, apply lifecycle and governance best practices, collaborate with AI and Salesforce teams, and mentor junior consultants. The role also contributes to thought leadership and stays current with Salesforce platform releases and features.

Designs and implements Salesforce-based reporting, dashboards, dataflows, and lenses for customer requirements. Translates business needs into technical specifications, establishes development and deployment standards, and defines data refresh and operational practices. The role requires Salesforce integrations, multi-tenant and integration architecture expertise, CI/CD knowledge, cloud platform experience, hands-on Apex and Lightning development, Salesforce Architect certifications, customer engagement, and international travel.
