The Netskope Solutions Engineer engages with customers, resolves issues, supports sales, presents solutions, and contributes to product feedback and customer success. The role involves significant travel and focuses on meeting sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.

Lead technical enablement for SEs by building repeatable architectures, POV methodologies, and competitive displacement playbooks. Embed in deals, coach SEs, accelerate ramp and POV velocity, run global accreditation and onboarding programs, and align pre- and post-sales to measurably improve win rates and deal-stage conversions.

Partner with GTM leadership to own planning, forecasting, and financial modeling for Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams. Deliver analysis, KPIs, sales productivity metrics, and recommendations to optimize revenue, efficiency, and alignment with corporate strategy. Provide ad-hoc analysis and present findings to senior management.
