Performs sustaining engineering for automated and functional test systems in electronics manufacturing. Installs, programs, maintains, and improves board- and system-level testers, fixtures, and test processes. Troubleshoots product and test-station failures, conducts root-cause and manufacturing data analysis, supports production goals, develops documentation, and collaborates with customers and manufacturing teams. Requires electronics debugging, test equipment, programming, communication protocol, and manufacturing test experience.

Perform PCBA rework and inspection using rework equipment (SRT/AirVac), microscope and X-ray; enter rework data into MES; order replacement parts via MT forms; set up and support rework machines; follow ESD, IPC-A-610, ISO 9001 and safety procedures; perform other assigned duties.

Perform fine-pitch and thru-hole soldering on electronic assemblies using soldering irons and magnified lenses. Follow ESD/MSD handling, IPC workmanship standards, OCuity manufacturing system, ISO and 6S quality practices, and inspect for conformance. Support quality, safety, and site processes; complete other assigned duties.
