Performs sustaining engineering for automated and functional test systems in electronics manufacturing. Installs, programs, maintains, and improves board- and system-level testers, fixtures, and test processes. Troubleshoots product and test-station failures, conducts root-cause and manufacturing data analysis, supports production goals, develops documentation, and collaborates with customers and manufacturing teams. Requires electronics debugging, test equipment, programming, communication protocol, and manufacturing test experience.

Perform PCBA rework and inspection using rework equipment (SRT/AirVac), microscope and X-ray; enter rework data into MES; order replacement parts via MT forms; set up and support rework machines; follow ESD, IPC-A-610, ISO 9001 and safety procedures; perform other assigned duties.

Perform fine-pitch and thru-hole soldering on electronic assemblies using soldering irons and magnified lenses. Follow ESD/MSD handling, IPC workmanship standards, OCuity manufacturing system, ISO and 6S quality practices, and inspect for conformance. Support quality, safety, and site processes; complete other assigned duties.

Perform PCB assembly and soldering of fine-pitch and thru-hole components using soldering irons and hand tools. Follow ESD and MSD/MSL handling, apply flux, inspect workmanship to IPC standards, use OCuity manufacturing system, and support ISO and 6S quality processes.

Plans and controls production and master schedules, runs MRP and capacity analyses, manages work orders and inventory, coordinates cross-functional teams (Purchasing, Quality, Production, Engineering), maintains SMT schedule, supports SIOP and revenue planning, ensures on-time deliveries, and enforces AS9100/ITAR compliance. Backs up the Master Scheduler and performs related reporting and escalation.

Manage and optimize end-to-end manufacturing value streams, lead Lean continuous improvement (Kaizen, VSM), drive KPI performance (quality, delivery, scrap, safety), coordinate cross-functional teams, develop staff, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Support and maintain PCB assembly manufacturing equipment (screen printers, pick & place, reflow, wave, selective soldering, AOI, 5DX). Troubleshoot/process-programming, evaluate solders/fluxes and new equipment, monitor aqueous/ionic testing, drive process improvements and capital projects, train operators, ensure EHS and ISO compliance, and prepare required reports.
