Lead global supplier sourcing, qualification, contracting, and performance management for designated product lines. Negotiate agreements, manage supplier risks and CAPAs, develop secondary/tertiary sourcing strategies, and collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Finance, and Legal to onboard suppliers and resolve issues.

Own and grow assigned national strategic accounts through multi-year account plans, executive relationship building, cross-functional coordination, consultative selling, pipeline and forecast discipline, QBRs, and delivering measurable customer and business outcomes. Heavy travel and national coverage required.
