Senior Paralegal supporting corporate governance, entity management, contracts, compliance, AI governance, risk mitigation, intellectual property, M&A, litigation, insurance, and legal operations. The role drafts and negotiates agreements, manages corporate records and contractual obligations, partners with internal and external counsel, improves legal processes, and mentors junior team members.

Supports and administers the Deltek Vision enterprise application, including user support, configuration, security, troubleshooting, reporting, training, documentation, data integrity, integrations, testing, and feature rollouts. The role serves as the Deltek subject matter expert, partners with vendors and enterprise applications leadership, supports process improvements and automation, and develops knowledge of related enterprise systems such as UKG and Newforma.

Supports brand marketing campaigns for practice areas by developing content, coordinating email and social media, creating and updating collateral, managing audiences and schedules, and assisting with campaign reporting and optimization. The role also contributes to internal communications, video production, proofreading, quality control, market research, and brand consistency. It requires strong storytelling, writing, editing, organization, stakeholder coordination, and familiarity with digital content platforms and creative software.
