Manages high-volume and complex project invoicing, unbilled balances, accounts receivable tracking, collections, forecasting, and billing compliance. Partners with Project Managers and Finance leaders to resolve project accounting issues, improve profitability, support project reviews, train managers on billing procedures, and maintain accurate client invoices. Leads electrical engineering design for moderate to large facility and infrastructure projects. Develops and reviews electrical designs, specifications, calculations, studies, and reports; ensures code compliance; coordinates multidisciplinary teams; leads junior staff; interfaces with clients; supports proposals, workload forecasting, construction administration, and site observations. Requires extensive facility and industrial electrical design experience, medium-voltage expertise, PE licensure, and power system analysis proficiency.

Leads company-wide recruiting strategy and execution, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, candidate follow-up, hiring-manager coordination, and pipeline development. Establishes recruiting standards, procedures, training, marketing materials, and reporting metrics such as time-to-hire. Supports compliance documentation, recruiting events, candidate evaluation, reference checks, and HR recruiting initiatives across the organization.

Leads electrical design for facility and infrastructure projects, developing conceptual and detailed designs for power, lighting, fire alarm, and secondary electrical systems. Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, reviews construction progress and shop drawings, supports construction administration, attends client meetings, gathers field data, and contributes to training and development. Requires strong Autodesk Revit proficiency and extensive building electrical design experience.

Leads and advances NELSON’s enterprise-wide PMO and project management framework across AEC practices. Establishes standards, methodologies, and best practices; oversees project delivery, budgets, schedules, scope, risks, and reporting. Partners with senior leadership and project teams to align delivery with business objectives, improve processes, and drive accountability. Leads, mentors, and develops project management teams while fostering operational excellence and continuous improvement nationally.

Senior Paralegal supporting corporate governance, entity management, contracts, compliance, AI governance, risk mitigation, intellectual property, M&A, litigation, insurance, and legal operations. The role drafts and negotiates agreements, manages corporate records and contractual obligations, partners with internal and external counsel, improves legal processes, and mentors junior team members.
