Serves as a liaison among business, IT, DevOps, data, and security teams. Defines requirements, analyzes processes, documents user stories and system specifications, supports backlog prioritization, resolves operational issues, and drives continuous improvements. The role requires business analysis, stakeholder communication, SQL and data analysis skills, and familiarity with technical workflow, diagramming, reporting, and compliance tools.

Provides enterprise software architecture leadership across application portfolios, establishes architecture standards and decision records, advises Agile delivery teams, and improves developer experience. The role aligns application and platform roadmaps, drives secure and cost-effective .NET solutions, leads technical debt remediation and incident architecture reviews, promotes AI-assisted engineering, and partners with infrastructure, platform, and solution architecture teams.

Software Engineering Interns will develop, test, maintain, and support internal and external web applications using .NET, C#, SQL, Angular, and RESTful Web Services. They will collaborate with IT teams, participate in Agile ceremonies and projects, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and build software development skills through mentorship and professional programming.
