Lead cross-functional technical teams to deliver full-lifecycle software development, cloud migration, and AI projects. Apply Agile/hybrid methods, manage schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholders, and ensure alignment with architecture and security standards. Drive AI tool adoption and coordinate testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Lead and run mixed-methods UX research for web/software products, synthesize quantitative and qualitative data, build and maintain AI-assisted research agents and pipelines, produce actionable reports and reusable research templates, and partner with stakeholders to translate findings into product roadmaps. Requires periodic on-site research travel.

Build, deploy, and operate LLM-powered agents: design tool use and orchestration, monitor production health, evaluate with test suites, implement retrieval/RAG, build integrations and scalable AWS infrastructure with Terraform and CI/CD, enforce guardrails and observability, document architectures, and expand agent adoption across the organization.
