Supports research and development of innovative engineering solutions, including prototyping and testing tools, technologies, and process improvements. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement innovations, researches emerging technology trends, and helps improve organizational efficiency. The role requires analytical problem-solving, technical knowledge, effective communication, teamwork, self-motivation, and comfort in a fast-paced design environment.

Performs detailed SCADA electrical design, including one-line diagrams, schematics, cable routing, panel designs, equipment selection, and wiring diagrams. Prepares project documents, reports, bills of materials, and specifications; supports bidding, QA/QC, CAD standards, client communication, and cross-functional drafting. The role operates primarily in an office with some field work and requires occasional travel.

Manages the full-cycle recruiting process for technical and engineering roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate communications, interview coordination, offers, onboarding, and requisition management. Builds diverse talent pipelines, partners with hiring managers, maintains applicant records, tracks recruiting metrics, supports employer branding and recruiting events, and ensures compliance with employment regulations. The role may be performed remotely or in-office and requires minimal travel.
