Teams at NEI Electric Power Engineering, Inc.

Lead physical design and analysis for electrical substations and BESS projects, manage project scope and budget, mentor junior staff, perform QA/QC, prepare drawings, calculations, specifications, reports, and occasional field inspections to ensure code-compliant deliverables.

Perform electrical design and analysis for utility-scale battery energy storage systems (BESS), produce drawings and specifications, run power system studies (load flow, short circuit, grounding, harmonics, arc flash), review submittals, provide field support, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, prepare cost estimates and reports, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.

Serve as the primary liaison for client services and sales, managing RFPs and developing technical proposals for renewable energy, utility, and industrial electrical projects. Provide pre-sales technical support, coordinate SMEs for pricing, write custom proposals and quotes, maintain client relationships, and support business development and project services.
