Leads Nebius’s customer marketing content strategy and visual storytelling across video, social, podcasts, campaigns, web, events, and sales enablement. Builds AI-powered content repurposing systems, directs and produces customer films, manages agencies and freelance crews, develops the brand’s visual identity, and expands earned and partner distribution. The role requires hands-on filming, sound, directing, editing, technical credibility with AI audiences, and measurement of reach, brand impact, and content-influenced pipeline.

Leads global, cross-functional programs implementing and standardizing A/V, corporate networking, and on-prem IT across office builds, expansions, renovations, and moves. Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, vendor management, site surveys, architectural markups, risk and dependency management, technical deployment oversight, documentation, security compliance, metrics, and stakeholder communication.

Lead product vision and roadmap for Nebius’s agentic infrastructure ecosystem. Identify customer needs, prototype and validate AI infrastructure concepts, define developer experiences, and guide successful products from discovery through production adoption. Partner closely with engineering, design, customers, developer relations, sales, marketing, and external technology partners. Build integrations, reference architectures, and ecosystem partnerships while balancing technical, performance, security, reliability, and cost considerations.
