Maintain and support high-availability on-air broadcast and cloud streaming systems (AWS). Lead incident response and troubleshooting, perform root cause analysis, implement reliability improvements, create reusable infrastructure patterns, run upgrades and preventive maintenance, document runbooks, mentor team members, collaborate with networking, software, media engineering and vendors, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule with occasional in-person support.

Build and maintain automation and reliability for live video distribution across on-prem and cloud. Deploy and manage systems, develop monitoring and automated recovery, troubleshoot complex incidents, coordinate with vendors, document SOPs, support live broadcast components, and participate in L2 on-call rotation.
