The role involves managing Employee Navigator builds and renewals, migration support from EASE, reactive troubleshooting, and coordinating carrier file feeds for clients.

The Benefits Analyst will support project work in client services, including data management, compliance documentation, and benefits administration.

Serve as secondary client manager for large employer groups and primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of smaller large-group clients. Perform benefits analyst duties—financial spreading, quoting, reporting, ben-admin configuration, eligibility/billing support—build renewal and enrollment materials, present client deliverables, coordinate vendors, and strengthen client experience cross-functionally.
