Provides customer-facing optical and retail support, including eyewear selection, fitting, product education, pre-exam screening assistance, order entry, finishing, quality checks, pickup preparation, and issue resolution. Maintains organized retail and finishing areas while upholding brand and service standards. Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of optical, retail, sales, or customer service experience.

Provide complete virtual eye examinations using high-definition video and real-time diagnostic feeds. Engage directly with patients, deliver personalized eye care, educate patients on eye health and prevention, and contribute to a compassionate, patient-first culture. The role requires optometry licensure or eligibility in the practice state and at least one year of clinical experience.

Provide full-scope primary eye care, including comprehensive examinations, treatment, patient education, and preventive eye-health guidance.
