The ENLACES Research Director leads research initiatives for a community school grant, overseeing projects, partnerships, and impact evaluations. They develop research agendas, manage teams, and translate research into practice to support community and educational services.

The Associate Director, Digital Experience drives user-focused digital experiences, collaborating across teams to enhance enrollment journeys and utilize data-driven insights for product and strategy improvements.

Lead end-to-end digital analytics across websites, products, and campaigns: implement and govern event and conversion tracking, ensure data integrity, build dashboards, connect campaign and CRM data to full-funnel outcomes, generate actionable insights, and support AI-enabled reporting and experimentation to improve conversion and user experience.
