Lead a team of Laboratory Systems Scientists to implement, optimize, and scale laboratory systems and processes. Drive continuous improvement, technology transfer, asset management, and cross-functional operationalization to support high-throughput, regulated molecular testing. Partner with R&D, Bioinformatics, Software, Automation, Quality, Regulatory, and Product to align lab workflows with business objectives.

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for laboratory software in a CLIA-regulated environment. Validate functionality, data integrity, and workflows (including NGS-related processes), track defects, support verification/validation activities, maintain traceability and documentation, participate in risk assessments, and collaborate with lab operations, engineering, and quality teams to ensure compliant, reliable patient testing systems.

Design and build scalable frontend features and reusable UI components using React and TypeScript. Collaborate with PMs, designers, and backend engineers on architecture, state management, API integration, performance, accessibility, and testing. Drive best practices for CI/CD, code quality, documentation, planning, and user experience.
