Supports payroll operations through labor and leave processing, timesheet and payroll adjustments, employee record maintenance, payroll reconciliations, data audits, reporting, and compliance support. The role maintains payroll data in Deltek Costpoint, Deltek Time & Expense, and ADP Workforce Now; assists employees and managers with timekeeping issues; supports year-end activities and audits; and partners with Payroll, HR, and Accounting teams to ensure accurate multi-state payroll processing and internal controls.

Administers and engineers Microsoft SQL Server databases for NAVSUP, including database design, development, security, performance tuning, testing, backup and recovery, documentation, release support, and outage resolution. Collaborates with application developers, manages database instances and interfaces, supports CI/CD deployments, conducts quality audits, and ensures compliance with DoD and DoN policies.

Supports NAVSUP applications through requirements analysis, systems and interface architecture, software engineering, integration, testing, documentation, release support, outage resolution, and application maintenance. Collaborates with users, mission partners, and technical teams; develops prototypes and coding solutions; conducts quality audits; and supports Agile delivery, Azure DevOps work items, and change reviews.
