Lead development and execution of MVB's AI and automation strategy, including Generative and Agentic AI and RPA. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to design, pilot, and scale solutions, establish governance and best practices, monitor performance metrics, manage vendors, and deliver training to ensure ethical, secure, and effective AI deployments.

Lead and manage the Onboarding & Due Diligence function, overseeing KYC, CIP, and fintech partner onboarding. Ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, exam readiness, workflow automation, quality control, and staffing. Serve as SME in regulatory exams, coordinate with Enterprise Compliance Advisory, and drive continuous improvement and technology integration.

The Digital Product Manager will oversee the Digital Account Opening product, managing vendor relationships, strategic planning, and implementation while ensuring compliance and optimizing user experience.
