Review and approve Fintech partner marketing and customer-facing materials for regulatory and card-network compliance (Reg Z, Reg E, UDAAP, TILA). Advise partners, develop review processes, maintain documentation for audits and exams, deliver training, and manage workload to meet SLAs.

Prepare and analyze internal and external financial reporting (SEC, FDIC, Federal Reserve, FHLB, board, management, ad hoc). Develop and maintain reports from Prologue, Cognos, Jack Henry, and Workiva. Automate reporting processes, support audits/examinations, provide financial analysis and presentations for senior management, and perform special financial reporting projects.

Lead development and execution of MVB's AI and automation strategy, including Generative and Agentic AI and RPA. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to design, pilot, and scale solutions, establish governance and best practices, monitor performance metrics, manage vendors, and deliver training to ensure ethical, secure, and effective AI deployments.
