The Staff SDET will design and implement a testing strategy for the organization’s data platform, ensuring data quality and system reliability through automated integration testing and mentoring engineers in testing best practices.

The role involves managing Data Success Managers, overseeing data operations, supporting partners, and improving team workflows to deliver quality service.

Lead end-to-end data science projects including predictive modeling, algorithm design, and data pipelines. Build campaign-focused models (turnout, partisanship), perform exploration and visualization, translate insights into memos/presentations, collaborate with engineering to productionize models, mentor junior data scientists, and prototype emerging AI solutions for product impact.
