Teams at Mural

Own the strategy and outcomes for Mural’s AI Workflows products from concept through launch. Build prototypes, identify valuable collaboration workflows, define product-quality evaluations, guide model and routing decisions, and determine whether to iterate, scale, or stop based on user evidence. Partner with engineering, ML, design, finance, growth, and other teams on reliability, unit economics, data loops, and agentic multiplayer experiences.

Own Mural’s data product strategy, shared metric layer, Insights reporting experience, APIs, audit logs, and MCP server. Define trustworthy metrics and instrumentation standards from raw product events, partner with data engineering and analytics teams, and help customers and internal teams use data to guide product adoption and decision-making. Requires experience with analytics products, semantic layers, enterprise governance, APIs, and cross-functional metric definition.

Lead and grow a full-stack engineering team building Mural’s AI-native Compose product. Own end-to-end delivery, architecture, code quality, reliability, experimentation, and roadmap execution in partnership with Product and Design. Hire, coach, and manage engineers while maintaining a hands-on technical role through code reviews and architecture decisions. Guide production LLM feature development, including evaluation, quality monitoring, and cost management, within a remote-first culture.
