Application Engineer responsible for installing, upgrading, configuring, supporting, and maintaining compliance applications in UNIX, Java, Oracle, and AIX environments. The role includes troubleshooting, root cause analysis, vendor and business coordination, SLA-driven issue resolution, Jira and incident-ticket management, requirements analysis, SDLC project support, vulnerability remediation, and SME support for L1 teams.

Leads development, deployment, configuration, maintenance, and support of compliance applications in UNIX, Java, Oracle, and AIX environments. Troubleshoots SLA-driven incidents, performs root cause analysis, coordinates with vendors and business teams, manages Jira and incident tickets, supports L1 teams, verifies requirements, and assists with vulnerability remediation. The role also leads projects through the SDLC and serves as a subject matter expert for application support and sanctions-screening systems.

Supports trading activity and asset-class lifecycle events as a liaison between front office and operations. Validates trade bookings across systems, performs trade integrity reviews, manages reconciliations and controls, responds to inquiries, escalates discrepancies, supports operational projects, and prepares ad hoc reporting while meeting service-level agreements and bank procedures.

Lead global GSOC service delivery—ensure consistent log ingestion, use case development, threat detection, and incident response. Coordinate onboarding of log sources, manage KPIs and executive reporting, drive remediation with risk and control teams, and implement process and technology improvements aligned with frameworks and regulatory requirements.
