Conduct post-closing quality control audits of residential mortgage loan files to ensure compliance with investor, agency, state, and federal requirements; identify defects, root causes, and risks; document findings in QC software; communicate issues to operations and management; support corrective actions, special reviews, and process improvements.

Receive, audit, image, and process final recorded mortgage documents; update loan origination system records; coordinate with title companies, county offices, and investors to obtain or correct missing documents; resolve defects and ensure timely shipment to investors.

Provide legal, compliance, and administrative support across corporate governance, contracts, and litigation tracking for the Chief Administrative Officer. Maintain centralized filing systems and minute books, review and revise leases/contracts, monitor litigation, prepare resolutions and borrower correspondence, and collaborate with in-house counsel to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
