Lead end-to-end model lifecycle, run production experiments, collaborate with product and engineering, and document and review work with an emphasis on privacy, latency, and usability.

Lead and manage the Web Applications engineering team for hosted subscription products. Drive day-to-day execution, people management, budgeting, delivery planning, and engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, observability, release readiness, reliability, security/privacy). Coordinate launches, cross-functional readiness, and improve team processes while staying hands-on with technical tradeoffs and architecture.
