Leads daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing, staffing, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, financial tracking, guest service, team coaching, compliance, and quality control. The role independently manages venue performance, labor, costs, service standards, and customer issues while escalating major financial, HR, policy, and strategy decisions to management.

Supervise seasonal locals ski and snowboard programs, coordinating staffing, payroll, check-in, class assignments, instructor evaluations, assessments, safety compliance, customer concerns, celebrations, and student support. The role includes teaching lessons as needed, maintaining facilities, and working with children outdoors in extreme weather. Applicants need strong skiing or snowboarding skills, PSIA/AASI Level 1 certification, communication and organizational abilities, Google Suite familiarity, childcare experience, physical stamina, and background-check eligibility.

Leads front desk operations across resort lodging properties, supervising, training, and evaluating staff. Resolves guest concerns, supports revenue and yield management, coordinates with rental program participants and tenants, manages schedules and service procedures, addresses inventory issues, and assists with front desk or night audit duties. Requires flexibility for weekends and holidays, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
