The role involves owning and shipping a significant product surface at Motion, leveraging AI in engineering workflows, and raising team quality by example.

Drive net-new and expansion revenue for mid-market accounts using consultative sales. Own account management and churn, implement outbound programs, advise on performance creative workflows, coach SMB AEs, and ensure client satisfaction to grow adoption of Motion's AI-native platform.
