Teams at Moss

Coordinate apprenticeship programs across construction job sites, including apprentice and journeyworker enrollment, ratio compliance, mentoring, RTI and OJT tracking, evaluations, training sessions, documentation, reporting, and issue resolution. Collaborate with field leadership and management to address skill, process, communication, and compliance gaps. The role requires approximately 50% travel and supports utility-scale solar and skilled-trades operations.
