Lead enterprise consultative sales for Mosaic’s UKG-focused HCM advisory and implementation services. Develop account strategies, manage complex sales cycles, engage executive stakeholders, conduct discovery, build quantified business cases, coordinate UKG and consulting resources, and maintain forecasts, pipeline hygiene, and deal governance. The role focuses on enterprise service and distribution organizations and requires strategic relationship management, channel partnerships, and travel as needed while working remotely.

Own end-to-end renewals across customer tiers, including pricing discussions, contract negotiations, paperwork, renewal forecasting, and revenue-reduction tracking. Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams on pricing exceptions, multi-year agreements, and at-risk accounts. Maintain accurate renewal data in Salesforce and help improve on-time renewal rates, retained ARR, forecast accuracy, and downgrade prevention.

Provides remote consulting and client support for UKG Pro HR systems. The consultant advises clients on effective system use, builds trusted relationships, supports HR workflows and deliverables, collaborates internally across service areas, and develops consulting and outsourcing skills. The role requires HRIS exposure, Microsoft Office proficiency, remote work capability, and travel as needed. UKG experience, HR department experience, and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.
