Identifies optimization and growth opportunities, supports account health, mentors consultants, and contributes to practice improvements. This is a fully remote role requiring up to 40% travel.

Lead enterprise consultative sales for Mosaic’s UKG-focused HCM advisory and implementation services. Develop account strategies, manage complex sales cycles, engage executive stakeholders, conduct discovery, build quantified business cases, coordinate UKG and consulting resources, and maintain forecasts, pipeline hygiene, and deal governance. The role focuses on enterprise service and distribution organizations and requires strategic relationship management, channel partnerships, and travel as needed while working remotely.

The Project Manager will lead multiple projects, ensuring they meet specifications in scope, quality, and budget, while maintaining client relationships and addressing project obstacles.

Lead consultative HCM sales across industries, manage complex multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals, conduct deep discovery, translate operational complexity into quantified value, partner with delivery to scope solutions and roadmaps, identify expansion opportunities, and maintain pipeline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.
