Support in-house counsel by maintaining legal records, reviewing contracts and leases, monitoring litigation, assisting with corporate governance, drafting resolutions and borrower correspondence, and managing document systems and deadlines. Provide administrative and legal support across contracts, licensing, facilities, and compliance functions, applying established policies and sound judgment to escalated matters.

Provide entry-level legal and administrative support to in-house counsel, including document routing, signature tracking, mailings, filing, basic litigation and contract tracking, data entry, and front lobby/customer service coverage.
