Co-lead a vertical video team producing timely, news-driven short-form videos. Manage producers, creators, editors, freelancers, schedules, contracts, editorial priorities, and performance goals. Oversee story development, scripting, shoots, interviews, visual concepts, editing, publishing, and social distribution. Collaborate with senior editorial and audience leaders while ensuring content meets organizational standards and advances narratives focused on working-class and economic justice issues.

Supports payroll administration, accounts payable, benefits coordination, invoice processing, employee reimbursements, payment controls, and finance-related data integrity. Collaborates with third-party accountants and operations leadership, responds to payroll and benefits inquiries, maintains accurate employee and financial records, and assists with organizational projects while handling confidential information and meeting deadlines in a remote environment.
