Build AI-powered applications for enterprise customers using Generative AI, LLMs, MongoDB, and modern software architectures. Responsibilities include refactoring applications, migrating legacy databases, optimizing performance, developing microservices and intelligent automation, supporting AI adoption, and influencing product strategy. The role collaborates with engineering, product, and customer teams to deliver scalable solutions and requires substantial enterprise software engineering experience.

Lead complex customer-facing Professional Services engagements from kickoff through closeout. Own delivery strategy, customer requirements, business outcomes, scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, governance, financial accountability, and executive communication. Partner with customer executives, consulting engineers, sales, customer success, and technical teams to align priorities, remove blockers, manage tradeoffs, and ensure value realization. Lead executive reviews and quarterly business reviews while balancing customer success, delivery quality, resource efficiency, and engagement health.

Design, build, and operate MongoDB Atlas features and distributed backend systems, with a focus on encryption, compliance, customer-managed keys, and cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Lead complex technical projects and fleet-wide production rollouts, collaborate with product, design, customers, and support teams, mentor engineers, resolve production issues, and participate in on-call support.
