Own the strategic AWS partnership, coordinating compliance, incentives, funding programs, co-sell motions, joint business plans, and go-to-market initiatives. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Operations to drive pipeline influence, revenue growth, partner engagement, and ecosystem visibility. Track partnership KPIs using CRM and data visualization tools, represent the company at AWS events, and manage cross-functional workstreams. The role is fully remote with travel of up to 25%.

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting across the US and Canada, research prospects, personalize outreach, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for the Sales team. Maintain accurate CRM records, support pipeline reporting, collaborate on sales and marketing optimization, provide market feedback, and attend industry events as needed.

Leads client-facing database migration and modernization engagements across AWS, relational, and NoSQL platforms. Designs migration architectures, data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, proof-of-concepts, and reusable technical accelerators. Facilitates executive conversations and workshops, translates complex technical solutions into business outcomes, and supports pre-sales opportunities. The role also develops GenAI-enabled migration tooling, influences senior stakeholders, and collaborates with distributed engineering, product, and data teams.
