Manage recruiting operations and interview scheduling, administer the ATS, prepare offers and coordinate pre-employment checks, maintain recruiting documentation and reporting, perform talent research for family law attorneys, and support recruiting projects and process improvements to improve recruiter efficiency and candidate experience.

Design and deliver sales training and coaching for attorneys to improve client conversion and ramp new office hires. Create standardized onboarding, run role-plays, provide one-on-one coaching, analyze Salesforce data to identify needs, and align programs with revenue goals.

Manage marketing operations including project management for a major website rebuild, maintain the marketing operating system and roadmap, ensure tracking and data integrity across HubSpot/Salesforce and GA4, remediate UTM and attribution issues, run budget tracking and documentation, and liaise between marketing, sales/intake, legal staff, and technical teams.
