Own day-to-day email and SMS marketing across Mode.Inc brands, including recurring newsletters, lifecycle journeys, campaign QA, segmentation, list hygiene, deliverability, and domain warming. Build new newsletters from scratch in CleverTap or beehiiv, analyze performance data, and use AI to generate copy, optimize targeting, and automate recurring sends. Collaborate with content, creative, product, and data teams while reliably meeting daily send deadlines.

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across global markets. Advise hiring managers and executives, develop sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, conduct assessments, manage candidate experiences, and drive offers through acceptance. Administer and optimize Greenhouse, use AI to improve recruiting workflows, track metrics, and support employer branding and People Operations initiatives. The role requires rewarded-app or two-sided marketplace experience and operates in a fully remote environment.
