Drive cross-functional project execution, including SOC 2 compliance, audit evidence, team and talent operations, recruiting pipelines, onboarding, operational playbooks, and conference planning. Partner closely with the COO and founding team to build scalable workflows, resolve operational friction, and support the company’s commercial launch. The role requires strong organization, problem-solving, communication, AI and systems fluency, and autonomous execution in a fast-growing software company.

Own the frontend codebase as the initial frontend engineer, building and shipping React and TypeScript features for a complex WealthTech platform. Lead frontend architecture, testing, performance, accessibility, design systems, code review, and release practices. Collaborate with the CTO, CEO, and product delivery team to make financial planning workflows usable, improve the existing application without a rewrite, and lead it to general release. Help grow the frontend team over time.
