Lead the Data Platform team in building reliable, scalable infrastructure and developer tooling for data engineering, analytics, and data science. Define the technical roadmap with engineering leadership, guide architecture and best practices, contribute hands-on through design reviews and coding, and partner cross-functionally to shape platform capabilities. Hire, coach, and develop engineers while managing stakeholder communication and delivery of self-service, observable, and governed data systems.

Own finance, accounting, and revenue operations data pipelines; develop revenue forecasts; conduct analysis; and build scalable SQL solutions, dashboards, and reports. Partner with executives and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex financial data into accurate insights and recommendations. Maintain rigorous data validation, documentation, QA, and process improvements while managing competing priorities.

Manage a large portfolio of agency partners by diagnosing campaign performance, interpreting CPA, ROAS, pacing, creative, and audience signals, and recommending optimizations. Provide support and platform education, drive adoption and retention, identify churn risks, execute engagement playbooks, escalate complex issues, maintain account records, and share partner feedback to improve products and processes.
