Performs radiographic nondestructive testing inspections of piping, tanks, and vessels. Sets up and calibrates equipment, runs and grades film, interprets results against applicable codes and specifications, documents findings, evaluates data, and trains RT assistants and Level I personnel. Requires at least 12 months of NDT experience, technical communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Manages and grows customer relationships across a regional territory while acquiring new business and expanding strategic accounts. Develops sales strategies, prospects high-value targets, prepares quotes and proposals, manages CRM pipelines, forecasts revenue, supports renewals, and partners with operations for successful delivery. The field-based role requires 30%–60% travel to customer sites and trade shows, strong communication, commercial judgment, and knowledge of NDT or technical services.
