Leads IT service delivery and end-user support across corporate and property locations. Manages the IT team, Freshservice platform, Microsoft-based endpoints and cloud services, incident response, service metrics, security practices, vendors, technology projects, and property transitions. Partners with business leaders to improve reliability, user experience, documentation, automation, and responsible Microsoft Copilot adoption.
