The Program Management Director will implement processes for customer PoCs, manage scope and success criteria, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery excellence for AI-supported projects.

Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for customer environments running Linux, OpenStack and Kubernetes (MOSK). Triage IaaS issues, reproduce bugs in labs, own escalations, coordinate with engineering, perform DC ops tasks (firmware, hardware), handle networking and alerting, participate in on-call rotation, and use automation/AI tools to improve resolution efficiency.

Provide mid-level remote support for customer environments running Linux, OpenStack and Kubernetes. Troubleshoot IaaS issues, reproduce bugs in labs, own escalations end-to-end, coordinate with engineering, perform datacenter hardware and networking triage, participate in on-call rotations, and create SOPs and change management artifacts.
