Supports and optimizes Workday and other HR technology platforms, develops reports, dashboards, metrics, and workforce analytics, and maintains HR data quality, governance, security, and reporting accuracy. Partners with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders on requirements, system enhancements, releases, integrations, process improvements, and data insights. Provides functional troubleshooting, documentation, user guidance, compliance reporting, audits, and recommendations that improve workforce outcomes and HR effectiveness.

Leads commercial strategic sourcing across media, marketing agencies, market research, patient support, trade shows, and promotions. Develops sourcing strategies, manages vendors and category performance, leads RFI/RFP processes, negotiates contracts, drives savings, ensures compliance, tracks KPIs, partners with Finance and Legal, and manages a small sourcing team.

Oversee commercial accounting for product revenue, gross-to-net reserves, accounts receivable, inventory, and cost of goods sold. Manage month-end close, revenue recognition, reconciliations, 3PL and distributor accounting, order-to-cash activities, financial reporting, SOX controls, audits, and launch support. Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and automation while mentoring team members and partnering with commercial, market access, CMC, and external stakeholders.
