Lead drafting, negotiation, and management of commercial, clinical, research, and operational contracts for a pre-commercial biotech. Advise business leaders, resolve disputes, improve contracting processes and templates, coordinate outside counsel, and support legal and compliance initiatives.

Design, implement, and continuously improve a pharmaceutical compliance program. Develop policies, training, HCP engagement oversight, risk-based monitoring, and investigations. Advise cross-functional stakeholders, support privacy issues, and benchmark regulatory developments to ensure adherence to industry standards and OIG guidance.

Develop and maintain scientifically accurate, compliant medical communications (slide decks, infographics, payer materials, summaries, publications support). Translate clinical and HEOR evidence for internal and external stakeholders, coordinate cross-functionally and with vendors, and ensure materials meet scientific, legal, and regulatory standards.
