Sell loading-dock equipment and maintenance services to warehouses and distribution centers within an assigned territory. Prospect, cold call, conduct site surveys, build relationships with operations managers, present ROI-driven solutions, support product training, and manage accounts using CRM and Microsoft Office tools.

Manage and grow relationships with designated national accounts to meet sales goals. Drive the full sales process—site outreach, quoting, negotiating, closing—and hit KPI targets. Collaborate with internal teams, use CRM/tracker tools, perform surveys and recurring service activities, calculate job costs and pricing, and ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company policies.
