Teams at Mindful Support Services

Provide front-desk and provider support for mental health practices: greet clients, manage scheduling and intake, handle calls/emails/chats, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, assist with patient portal/telehealth troubleshooting, coordinate with billing and office manager, and support office upkeep.

Serve as first-tier support for providers and clients: manage check-in, scheduling, phone/email/chat inquiries, HIPAA-compliant documentation, intake coordination, basic tech troubleshooting (patient portal/telehealth), and collaborate with Office Manager, Billing, and Intake teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
