Provides behavioral health services to incarcerated individuals, including mental health assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, suicide risk assessments, documentation, and care coordination. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, correctional staff, and community providers while maintaining regulatory compliance, professional boundaries, and safety protocols in a secure correctional setting.

Provide mental health assessments, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, suicide risk assessment, treatment planning, care coordination with medical and correctional staff, discharge and reentry planning, and maintain compliant clinical documentation within a correctional facility.

Develop and manage healthcare partner acquisition pipelines through email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach. Conduct high-volume prospecting, schedule qualified meetings for senior leaders, document interactions in the CRM, support contract signature processes, follow up after conferences, and provide weekly progress reports. This part-time role requires at least 10 outreach calls per hour and 10 qualified meetings weekly.
