Lead strategy and execution for a unified CRM by integrating messaging automation, AI chatbots, and sales pipeline tools. Direct a product squad from discovery through launch, improve client acquisition and retention, collaborate with go-to-market teams on packaging and pricing, and integrate the CRM across the broader platform ecosystem. The role requires strong growth marketing expertise, hands-on product leadership, and experience scaling products from zero to one.

Supports onboarding, configuration, and technical assistance for Mindbody SaaS clients. Translates product capabilities into practical solutions, identifies workflow gaps, coaches clients on best practices, coordinates timelines and escalations, and tracks progress and lessons learned. The role requires strong client communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.

Leads development of scalable backend systems and applications for the Mindbody ecosystem. Responsibilities include designing APIs and microservices, owning complex technical projects, collaborating with Product, Design, and QA, promoting engineering best practices, mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews and interviews, and leading incident postmortems. The role requires strong software architecture experience, large-scale SaaS development, cloud and database expertise, and effective cross-functional leadership.
