Design, build, and maintain integrations across the Zoho ecosystem and third-party platforms. Implement event-driven workflows, REST API connections, data synchronization, Deluge functions, authentication, error handling, monitoring, retries, and alerting. Create test plans, perform UAT and reconciliation, and produce solution designs, data maps, runbooks, SOPs, and change logs. Collaborate with stakeholders to define deliverables, dependencies, risks, estimates, approvals, and production deployments.

Lead the design and implementation of business process automations using Zoho applications, WordPress, and third-party integrations. Evaluate systems, improve workflows, coordinate with departments, document processes, support team members, maintain reporting and analytics, and ensure reliable data flow across platforms. The role requires strong Zoho CRM expertise, technical documentation skills, project leadership, and communication with nontechnical stakeholders.

Provide executive-level administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, meetings, and communications. Manage sales leads, follow-ups, and high-volume email and phone outreach to Atlanta restaurant clients and contractors. Use Zoho One, especially Zoho CRM, and AI-driven automation to optimize workflows, improve processes, and support sales goals. The role is remote but requires South America-based availability during Eastern Time daytime hours.
