Leads regional physical security operations for Microsoft datacenters and related facilities. Manages security operations managers, guarding vendors, budgets, staffing, SOPs, risk analysis, incident response, security controls, compliance, and stakeholder communications across multiple countries. Requires 24/7 on-call availability, periodic travel, active U.S. government TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, and U.S. citizenship verification.

Lead consultative sales engagements to drive adoption and scaling of AI Workforce solutions (M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Chat, Agents, ME3/ME5, Frontline Worker). Orchestrate virtual teams, develop stakeholder strategies, identify and pursue opportunities, present technical value propositions, and collaborate with internal teams and partners to cross-sell and deliver end-to-end AI workforce transformations.

Design and implement AI compiler features and optimization passes, using LLVM/MLIR and related tools. Develop code generation for new hardware, optimize AI workloads, and build AI software in C++ and Python. Collaborate with hardware architects and ML developers, define requirements, estimate effort, and drive coding standards and adoption.
