Develops and executes enterprise SSD firmware validation across development, qualification, and sustaining phases. Designs tests for firmware features, NVMe protocols, security capabilities, and system behaviors; analyzes regressions, customer issues, and field-return failures to identify root causes. Builds Python automation, regression frameworks, and coverage reporting while collaborating with firmware engineers, data scientists, and global teams on debugging, design reviews, and AI-enabled testing improvements.

Execute performance validation and benchmarking on enterprise servers, GPU systems, and storage platforms. Configure representative AI, database, virtualization, and storage workloads; collect and analyze telemetry; develop Python automation for testing and reporting; investigate performance findings; and present results. The intern will contribute code and documentation while receiving mentorship in production-scale data center infrastructure and systems performance engineering.

Drive firmware architecture for SSD platforms, develop firmware tools, provide debug support, validate customer requirements, and collaborate across engineering teams.
