The manager will lead the NVMQRA team, ensuring product quality and reliability of non-volatile memory products through testing, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Support the design, validation, characterization, and debugging of next-generation SSD hardware. Responsibilities include schematic reviews, PCB development, board bring-up, electrical measurements, laboratory testing, signal and power integrity analysis, and validation data analysis. The intern will also develop automation scripts, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows to improve engineering productivity while collaborating with hardware, firmware, manufacturing, and systems engineering teams.

Lead system-level SSD architecture and design from concept to high-volume manufacturing. Resolve complex multi-domain issues (firmware, hardware, systems), define characterization strategies (power, thermal, performance, reliability), interface with executives and customers, drive continuous improvement, and mentor engineering teams.
