As a Human Resource Generalist, you will address employee inquiries, maintain HR systems, support recruitment, handle compliance, manage onboarding, and promote workplace culture.

Coordinate shipping/receiving, documentation (PO, packing list, BOL), carrier communications, rate sourcing, ERP/ASN updates, inventory and cycle counts, returns processing, and forklift loading/unloading while ensuring compliance and cross-department coordination.
