Leads store sales and service performance while supporting the Store Manager. Oversees front-end operations, customer experience, POS and self-checkout execution, loyalty enrollment, order fulfillment, in-store programs, framing, and specialty departments. Provides Manager-on-Duty coverage, coaches and develops team members, enforces company standards, supports asset protection, and drives sales and operational KPIs. Requires physical activity, customer interaction, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Lead store selling culture and front-end/service operations to drive sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction. Coach team, provide MOD coverage, manage POS/self-checkout and omni-channel order fulfillment (BOPIS/Same Day), oversee in-store programs (balloons, parties, Cut Bar, custom framing), promote loyalty and protection plans, and support asset protection and operational compliance.

Lead store sales and front-end/service operations to drive sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction. Coach and develop team members, ensure SOP and brand standard compliance, oversee POS and omni-channel fulfillment (BOPIS/Same Day), manage in-store programs (balloons, parties, Cut Bar, framing), and support asset protection and operational continuity as Manager-on-Duty.
